01. Your order

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after processing.
  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, but it may vary based on customs clearance.

We’ll send you a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can stay updated.


Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

We understand that plans change! If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and changes may not be possible.

To request changes, email us at support@atlasfitglobal.com with your order number and details.


When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will automatically receive an invoice for your order to your email.

04. Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

To start a return, contact us at support@atlasfitglobal.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes! If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value, provided the original product is unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, email us at support@atlasfitglobal.com with:

  • Your order number / email associated with the order
  • The item you want to exchange
  • The item you’d like in return

We’ll guide you through the process.


Who covers the cost of return shipping?

For most returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll cover the shipping fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange as quickly as possible.
